Ainslie is a highly experienced fintech start-up (thinkorswim and Learnvest), wealth management and insurance (Northwestern Mutual) and asset management (PIMCO) digital executive. She’s seen the advisors experience from all sides and believes that getting advisor applications to work together to save time is the next massive value creation opportunity for advisors to save time AND create a better client experience. She is delighted to lead the amazingly talented group of “start-up grown-ups” that has come together to form Pershing X.
I consider myself to be a servant leader. I like to remove blockers for my people so they can make good decisions and succeed in their job.
HEAD OF USER EXPERIENCE & DESIGN
Bryan leads the User Experience and Design team at Pershing X, weaving together creative and functional expertise to help us deliver intuitive and delightful experiences for advisors that will cross the barriers of traditional wealth applications. With over 20 years’ experience, most recently leading user experience for Razorfish and product design at PIMCO, Bryan has the keen ability to tap into the minds of advisors and architect solutions critical to how our platform will drive value for our clients.
HEAD OF ENGINEERING
Dan has a broad engineering background ranging from designing microchips to developing large scale data and analytics platforms at leading banks, start-ups, and hedge funds. Prior to joining Pershing X Dan led data, architecture, and shared services for BNY Mellon’s award-winning Wealth and Asset Management technology platforms. Dan also led the agile transformation of numerous businesses at BNY Mellon, balancing commercial outcomes with strategic engineering excellence.
HEAD OF BUSINESS DELIVERY
With over 25 years’ experience in the industry at renowned companies like BNY Mellon, JP Morgan Chase & Co., MetLife, and HSBC, leading massive cross enterprise work, Dara understands the complexities, nuances and inter-dependencies of our industry. She is driving all of the marketing, legal, compliance, talent, acquisition and regulatory work to deliver the scale that Pershing X requires.
HEAD OF OF BNY MELLON ADVISORS, INC.
Joel Hempel is the Head of BNY Mellon Advisors, Inc. During the past 25 years, Joel has held various positions all in the managed account and advisory business, working alongside large complex financial institutions and individual advisors aligning advisory solutions to their investors’ needs. In a continually evolving industry, Joel’s vast experience has afforded him a unique opportunity to drive innovative technology platforms and investment solutions with a singular focus: helping investors work toward their financial goals.
HEAD OF REVENUE & PARTNERSHIPS
Noam Tasch is a Managing Director and Head of Revenue & Partnerships for Pershing X. Noam is responsible for cultivating our client-first growth culture, leading relationship management, sales, and partnerships. In prior roles, Noam’s experience bridges early-stage start-up entrepreneurship with large-scale innovation and digital transformation at the world’s largest financial institutions. He spent the last 4 years building BNY Mellon’s fintech engagement model, bringing the best and brightest startups into our ecosystem and delivering new value to our clients. Noam has led corporate venture activities to accelerate the Bank's strategic priorities through collaborations with the technology ecosystem and principal investments in leading start-ups.
HEAD OF DATA & INSIGHTS
Rob Cirrotti is leading the Pershing X data strategy and transforming and dramatically expanding our data management platform to serve as the foundation for interoperability and seamless data flow throughout the Pershing X platform. Our multi-custodial data platform is critical to driving powerful insights and analytics to advisors and firms as well as new scalable data services. Rob has held various strategy, product, and leadership roles during his 13 years with BNY Mellon and almost 30 years in the industry.
HEAD OF DIGITAL PRODUCT
Sarah Chain is the Head of Digital Product at Pershing X. With over 20 years of experience with various advisory teams at BNY Mellon, Sarah is the right leader for our product team responsible for delivering an advisory platform with a wide range of capabilities. Her deep understanding of our advisors' needs will help our clients optimize their experience. Sarah has a cross-application vantage point. She can see how advisors’ and clients’ experiences could be transformed by working across the tech stack and can’t wait to deliver the platform that can do that seamlessly.
HEAD OF PORTFOLIOS & DIRECT INDEXING
As start-up founder and CEO of direct-indexing firm Optimal Asset Management (acquired by Pershing X), computer scientist, inventor of several patents, and a PhD in Finance, Vijay’s expertise and comfort zone spans both financial markets and technology – and everything in between. His unique perspective will help us deliver the portfolio and direct-indexing solutions advisors need to compete in today’s unpredictable marketplace.
